Architectural Photography

4k-10k +

I love shooting “hero” shots of your best-laid architectural plans. Whether it’s a brand new skyscraper, a historic restoration, or a civic project, I make it stand out from its environment and capture its essence. I could spend hours observing the way light interacts with the form and contours of a building in order to find the best angles and times of day for our shots.

Consider the following: How many people in your target audience will likely ever physically experience your space? What if you’ve designed something with limited access or somewhere remote?

The photos you create might be the only interaction with your work someone might experience.

Put your best foot forward and commission photos you’ll want to use time and time again in pitch decks, awards submissions, and all of your future press and PR needs!

Commercial / Mixed Use

4k -15k +

Quality architectural photography for mixed-use/ retail spaces can lead to improved marketing, leasing opportunities, and increased revenue by attracting investors, tenants, and partners.

This is no time to be shy. Put your best foot forward with a pampered, polished set of images with no compromise in quality.

Photography for commercial spaces helps businesses stand out in a competitive market, making a lasting impression on customers and stakeholders alike. It’s about helping people feel the space, the mood, purpose, and unique story before they ever set foot inside.

Cruise Ships Photography

25k - 75 + (Variables can wildly fluctuate.)

Premium photography backed by extensive experience shooting over ten cruise ships worldwide. I bring deep knowledge of international productions, complex logistics, and the artistry required to capture the grandeur and guest experience that set your ships apart. I do this with minimal disruption to the guest experience and the duties of the crew who serve them, and I have handled more equipment carnets than I can count. If the ship is in dry dock, I’ll bring plenty of N95 masks.

  • Elevate your messaging with discerning travelers

  • Press Materials, Trade Show Visuals & Investor Presentations

  • Build a versatile asset library for brochures, websites, and social media

  • Launch new ships or showcase refurbished ones to bring back repeat customers!

Drone + Helicopter Photography

1k - 3.5k

Sometimes we must take flight to find our perspectives. Whether you want a bird’s eye view of a large development, a frame that includes beautiful, surrounding elements like mountains or beach, or need to match the heights of a soaring high-rise, I will hop on a helicopter, or fly a drone via my 107 licenses to get the camera where it needs to be.

Luxury Real Estate Photography

3.5k-5k

Rise above the typical “wide-angle HDR” look to spark a bidding war for your next million-dollar listing. My approach emphasizes clean, true-to-life images that showcase spaces with natural light, thoughtful composition, and subtle editing—no garish colors or over-processed effects. The goal is to create photos that feel inviting, modern, and editorial, helping buyers connect emotionally with a property rather than simply documenting square footage. It’s about helping clients imagine life in the spaces you represent, and giving your listings a polished edge that resonates.

These images don’t just sell properties—they help define your reputation as a realtor who values craftsmanship and presentation while generating a brand that shows your clients the lengths you’ll go to sell their listing.

Hospitality & Restaurants Photography

4k-13k + (Hotel Shots can require multiple days on site)

Trying to fill seats? Book rooms? Elevate your brand’s presence? All of the above? This is about imagery designed to make guests feel the atmosphere, taste the experience, and crave a visit to give their friends FOMO.

Great For:

  • Restaurants aiming to showcase the dining experience

  • Hotels and resorts highlight amenities, guest rooms, and lifestyle moments

  • Hospitality brands that are building marketing assets for websites, social media, press, and advertising

My approach combines architectural photography with lifestyle elements to capture the experience while conveying the relevant details. I understand how to work discreetly in operational spaces, coordinate schedules in “off hours,” and create imagery that makes your property or venue shine in a very competitive market.

A Canoe instructor on the shores of lake kawaguichi toses his paddle to the amusement of his students. Mt. Fuji looms in the background, towering as it's reflection rests on the lake's surface

Travel & Adventure Brand Photography

7k-25k + (Costs can wildly fluctuate based on usage and travel expenses)

Strategic visual storytelling designed to inspire wanderlust. Polished “hero” shots of iconic scenes and hidden gems mixed with intimate, organic vignettes of real people experiencing them.

Ideal for:

  • Tourism boards promoting destinations

  • boutique travel companies crafting bespoke experiences

  • Adventure brands craving impactful storytelling

  • Hotels, destination resorts, and cruises looking to promote their excursions

These are the assets that attract travelers who value “experiences” over sipping cocktails by the pool or taking selfies at the same boring, overdone “Instagram “ spots as everyone else.

Video Services

The Next few sections will cover the various video products I offer.

Raw Video Clips

Investment: 1.5k - 3k ( This service is an add-on to a photo project).

Simple camera movement clips, natural sound, minimal setup. No post-production on my end. Good if you have an internal team ready to cut.  I am already on site, so why not take advantage and record video assets you might use at a later date?

Pick this if you’re looking to keep things lean and already have an internal editor or creative team. This option gives you high-quality footage to use however you see fit, website, Instagram, project decks, you name it.
It’s the most flexible and budget-friendly route, and it gives you full control over how the final pieces are shaped.

Stylized Architectural Tour

Investment:

  • 1.5k - 3k (Add on to photo service: Great for Real Estate Agents)

  • 3k-7.5k A La Carte

Dynamic walkthrough of your space with clean transitions, music-licensed edit, sound design, and color grade. No interviews, story, or talent involved—just beautifully composed movement through the architecture.

Perfect if you’re looking for something timeless and editorial that shows off the architecture itself. It works well on your site (great for background videos), social media, or in a pitch deck to showcase the finished product.

We can scale it with talent, voiceover, props, and other ideas!

Branded Featurette ( You / Your team on camera).

Investment: $5k-13k

Profile-style video featuring interviews with you or your team, paired with cinematic b-roll and edited with structure and polish.

This is Great for letting future clients “meet the mind” behind the design. We’d prep light talking points ahead of time to keep things authentic and smooth. It builds trust, shows authority, and gives future collaborators a real sense of what it’s like to work with you. It also cuts up nicely into smaller social clips or website features.

It can still be beautiful, story-driven, and cinematic, but the production is more manageable.

We go over your talking points, your brand’s values, challenges you’ve faced, and victories you’ve earned, what “success” looks like, and tailor the video’s message to your needs.

And NO, it doesn’t have to be a boring "talking head" video. We can scale it up with storyboards, intentional storytelling, shot lists, timelapses, drone shots, & Cinematic lighting.

Product / Brand Film

$7k -20k +

A cinematic, high-production-value film focused on showcasing a specific product, design feature, or brand ethos. Think sleek visuals, stylized lighting, carefully choreographed shots, and an editorial or commercial feel. This can be entirely visual with music and dynamic editing, or it can weave in voiceover or short interview bites for context.

Perfect if you’re launching a new product, unveiling a signature design element, or simply want to tell a powerful story around a single idea or offering. It’s designed to feel polished, modern, and impactful—something that looks at home as a commercial spot, website hero video, or digital ad campaign.

Production costs vary depending on:

  • Talent (on-camera actors/models or voiceover artists)

  • Location fees

  • Art direction/props

  • Specialized gear (motion-control rigs, drone, cinema lenses)

  • Larger crew for lighting, styling, and coordination

This is the sweet spot for brands wanting a commercial piece that’s cinematic and stylish—but doesn’t necessarily require the scale of a multi-day narrative short film. It’s about creating a striking visual story that makes viewers stop scrolling and pay attention.

Product / Service Education

Investment: 4k - $10k

A clear, engaging video that demonstrates how a product works, how it’s installed, or how a specific process unfolds—shot with cinematic care to make technical details look polished and professional. Think step-by-step walkthroughs, voiceover or on-screen text instructions, and purposeful close-up shots to highlight details.

Ideal for brands needing to:

  • Show how a complex product is installed or assembled

  • Educate clients, partners, or contractors

  • Reduce support calls by providing high-quality instructional content

This style of video can remain purely practical or be elevated with stylized lighting, smooth camera movements, and creative edits to make even technical subjects visually appealing.

Costs vary depending on:

  • Length and complexity of the process

  • Need for voiceover or talent on camera

  • Additional graphics or motion design

  • Location or special shoot requirements

Perfect for embedding on your website, sharing with clients, or using in internal training. It’s about clarity, professionalism, and making sure viewers feel confident and informed.

Narrative Short / Documentary

$8k-25k +

This is the most ambitious option: a cinematic, emotionally-driven piece that may involve scripting, voiceover, storyboarding, multiple shoot days, casting, and post-production polish (sound design, pacing, etc.).

If talent is involved, cost can vary widely, for example:

Agency-represented talent: $800–$1,500/day per person, plus agency fees and usage rights
Direct/referral/Instagram casting: $300–$600/day, more affordable but typically requires more hands-on coordination (and sometimes a bit of risk)

Then there's the addition of crew that would make our lives easier, such as a few PAs, a dedicated Director of Photography, a gaffer to help with lighting and setting things up., a production coordinator to keep everything running smoothly, catering for a larger crew, hair, makeup, wardrobe, etc.

And of course, travel & location fees can add up too.

All those things can be scaled up or down as needed, but can fluctuate.

This one’s for when you want to make a real impact and elevate your brand. Something that makes people pause in their tracks, stay longer on your website and think "damn I need to talk them."

If you’re planning to enter awards, pitch to high-end clients, or simply want something that feels more like a short film than a promo, it's a statement piece.

Content Retainer Package:

$2500-$4500 / month (3-Month Minimum Commitment)

Designed for consistent, brand-forward content creation: short-form videos, vertical clips, photos, soundbites, or reels that establish authority and keep your audience engaged. They can be scaled-down versions of my other offerings or content specifically designed to live and perform on specific social platforms.

This is a great option if you're looking to build a digital presence and tell the story of your brand over time, not just through a single piece.

This is the kind of content that builds trust by fueling the old sage sales wisdom: people buy from those whom they “know, like, and trust.”

Did you know, for example, that YouTube generates more views than all forms of traditional media combined and is the world’s second largest search engine, trailing only Google, which happens to be its owner?

Exactly.

Today’s content-saturated market rewards those who show up. It won't be an overnight success, but the consistency can create opportunities for your audience to view your brand as synonymous with what they're looking for.

And the compounding effects of content will blossom once you have your audience invested in your message. The library of assets you will have built will keep them engaged with YOUR brand.

But don’t confuse this with a “spray and pray” approach to content.

The intention isn’t to take your money and let the chips fall wear they may. Nobody can guarantee success online, and whoever finally cracks the formula for going viral will be the richest person in history.

But…

The purpose will be to build a library of compounding assets that are aligned with your desired outcomes and take the demographics of your target audience into consideration. We’ll get nerdy. We’ll talk metrics and strategies, pivot as needed, and double down on things that resonate.

Cost Sharing

What is it?

High-quality marketing assets can be a significant investment, but it doesn’t always have to fall on a single vendor. Many projects related to architecture, hospitality, and commercial real estate serve multiple stakeholders. Everyone from the landscape architect to the engineer has skin in the game.

By pooling resources among your partners and fellow vendors, you can split the cost of a single production while ensuring that everyone receives the images they need.

How it works

I add 30% of the combined “creative fees” per partner, and that total is split amongst the respective parties, allowing for some SIGNIFICANT savings.

For Example, a 5k invoice split between 3x parties turns into 8k /3 = 2666 per party.

  • Instead of commissioning separate shoots, you share one production cost, which can produce thousands in savings.

  • Everyone benefits from cohesive imagery with a unified style, perfect for press releases, websites, social media, and awards submissions.

  • Knowing multiple parties are involved means I’ll ensure we capture shots relevant to each party’s priorities. No one’s needs are left out.

Stipulations

  1. One Point of Contact: To keep the process smooth and efficient, there must be a single designated party responsible for creative approvals. You may deliberate amongst yourselves, but one party will be the main point of contact for being on site and handling post-production feedback. This ensures there aren’t “too many cooks in the kitchen.” Rest assured, I’ll capture shots tailored to everyone’s interests and contributions to the project.

  2. One Responsible for Payment: Similarly, there needs to be one designated party to receive and pay the invoice in full. It’s then up to that party to collect reimbursement from their partners as agreed amongst themselves.
